By accessing Fittr, you agree to these terms. If you use the platform on behalf of a studio or business, you confirm you have authority to bind that entity.

Fittr is provided as a trainer workflow system for generating and managing workout plans. You are responsible for final review and approval of all plans before sharing with clients.

Subscriptions and credit packs are billed through Stripe. Purchased credits are non-transferable and non-refundable except where required by law.

You are responsible for account access and credential security. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or account misuse.

Fittr is provided on an as-is basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fittr is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
